Note :-
1. Students should clear their fee for the month of January latest by 25th Jan ’17 otherwise their admit card will be withheld.
2. School will run as usual on all the days of additional exams. No student will be allowed to leave the school campus before the
school gets over.
3. LTA exams for classes I to V (both orals and practicals) will be held on 3rd, 6th, 7th & 9th Feb.’17. Please bring the instruments and
requirements for the same.
4. For Ev. S. oral exam. children must bring their activity note book.
5. Fee for the month of February should be cleared by 15th February ’17.
6. There will be a Preparatory leave on 20th Feb ’17 for all the classes.

Notice :-
1. An admit card will be issued on 16th Feb.’17 on showing which the child will be allowed to appear for the examination.
2. Fee for the month of March should be cleared by 15th March’17 failing which the child’s result will be withheld.
3. Answer sheets will be shown to the parents on 18th March’17 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
4. Result will be put up on the website www.sunbeamschools.com on 20th March’17 by 6:00 pm.
5. Prize List will be put up on the school website and displayed on 21st March’17. Parents are requested to come and check the list
displayed in the school by 6:00 pm.
6. Report Card distribution will be held on 22nd March’17 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
7. Prize distribution will be held on 8th April’17 at 4:00 p.m. at Varuna. Prize winners should report to Sunbeam School, Indiranagar
at 2:00 p.m. in their Monday school uniform.
8. Books will be available at Vidyarthi Kendra Nagwa, Vidyarthi Mitram DLW & Vidya Kendra Lanka. School Book Store will remain
open on 22nd March’17 at Sunbeam School Indiranagar from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Parents are requested to buy the books at the
earliest before the stock gets over. Buying the books from the respective book shops is optional and can be bought from any shop of
your choice.
9. Discussion of Annual Exam Question Paper with the students will be done on 1st & 3rd April’17 during school hours. (Classes III-V)
10. New Session starts on 29th March ’17 for classes II to V (11:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)
