Two days of intensive leadership training at the BSAI workshop: from case studies to interactive sessions, students delved into various leadership styles with experts like Ms. Sangeeta Kain and Mr. Phillip Burrett. With sessions led by Ms. Stuti Kuthiala and Mr. Kamal Ahuja, students explored leadership dynamics and real-world scenarios. Closing with a collaborative exercise facilitated by Mr. Vinay Pande, students witnessed the diversity of leadership styles among student leaders. Shashwat Pandey, of 2020 Humanities batch ,Sunbeam Lahartara batch represented India as the Head of Indian Delegation at the World Youth Festival, the world’s largest gathering of youth leaders, hosted by the Federal Agency of Youth Affairs (Youth Ministry) of the Russian Federation at Sochi.
During the summit, drawing upon his experiences from his involvement with the G20 India’s official youth engagement group,
he engaged in multiple bilateral and multilateral meetings with various youth leaders of different countries.
The summit concluded with an interaction with the Hon’ble President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

"Kathak Extravaganza!" Sunbeam School Lahartara, in collaboration with *Spic Macay* and *SIDBI* Uttar Pradesh, organized a five-day Kathak workshop led by acclaimed dancer *Shri Vishal Krishna, an Awardee of the Sangeet Natak Academy.* Over *50* students received training during the workshop, which concluded with a mesmerizing performance by Shri Vishal Krishna and the participating students. As the esteemed grandson of *Kathak Queen Sitara Devi,* Vishal Krishna holds wide
recognition as one of Varanasi's most dynamic Kathak performers.

On Day 2, the students of Sunbeam Lahartara started their day by rejuvenating their minds and bodies through Yoga. Later, they visited the Birla Science Museum to experience the scientific wonders.Further, they attended a lecture on 'Sports Sensors' by Dr. Venkatesh KP Rao, which turned out to be a great learning experience. Later, they visited the Department of Physics and explored the Physics Lab, Nano Science Lab and many more such places.Later during the day, they visited the BITS Library. Finally, they attended a dinner party by the pool. It turned out to be a day full of learning and fun activities.

Tiny Tots Summer Fun: Where Learning and Play Come Together!
Our students engaged in two exciting shadow activities. Initially, they created captivating Shadow art by using their bodies to cast intriguing figures onto surfaces. Following that, they enjoyed an enthralling storytelling session with shadow puppets acting out the various characters and themes in the tales.
Y20 India Talks, 2023, a remarkable event that featured a panel discussion centering on the theme of "Lead With Values: Ethical Leadership in the Age of Industry 4.0." The event witnessed the distinguished presence of eminent personalities, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay K Sharma, Mr. Anupam Raghuvanshi, and Ms. Arya Jha, and from TGELF we had Ms. Anahita Mehra and Devika Shekhawat serving as guest speakers, organised at Sunbeam Lahartara . This valuable opportunity proved to be an insightful learning experience for students from all the Sunbeam Schools.
6th Jim Corbett – Pandit Gobind Ballabh Pant - F.G Pearce, Memorial Annual Young Ideators’ Conclave 2023 at Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital.
The students were actively engaged in various competitions such as the Living Newspaper,Art Installation, Quiz and Debate. They put in their best efforts and sensed the competitive vibes all around. Everyone was excited and energized, hoping to come out as winners. The stakes were high, and anticipation was in the air.

On the first day, the event began with an opening ceremony. After that, the young participants who formed junior teams engaged in a stimulating debate at the junior school level, as well as a collaborative writing exercise.
