Putting together three systems of enthused parental community, learned faculties as co-learners and children waiting to freely explore, innovate and analyze, brought the founders to the banks of river Varuna and to 'Sunbeam Varuna'.

Sunbeam Varuna is an embodiment of the principle of optimizing quality education in all-round development of a child’s personality. The school has profoundly established itself by virtue of its commitment towards society and conviction per se. Curriculum
The School has students enrolled from Playgroup to Class XII. The students are offered the following combinations of subjects in the class XI & XII:

Streams Offered
Science: - English core, Mathematics/ Biology, Physics, Chemistry, any one of the optional subjects
Commerce: English core, Business Studies, Accounts, Economics, any one of the optional subjects
Humanities: English core, Political Science, History, Psychology, any one of the optional subjects

Honors
Grand Master – students scoring above 85% in a session are awarded the Grand Master award. Luminary – Grand Master for 3 continuous years and Super Luminary- students who are Luminary for consecutive 3 years. Bonus marks (up to 10) are awarded to students excelling in sports and other co-curricular activities which are added to the grand total. This may also affect the rank of the students. Running trophies, scholarships and prizes are given for Inter House/Inter Class competitions and activities. Apart from these, students are encouraged to give at least one Hobby class/LTA performance per term.
