Cash free Zone

Sunbeam Bhagwanpur Hostel is a CASH FREE ZONE.
No boarder is allowed to keep cash or any other valuables (such as expensive ornaments etc.) in his/her possession. All cash should be deposited in the Pocket Money A/C at the School Fee Counter. Coupons worth Rs. 60 are issued to every child per week to use at the School Canteen and utility shop.
Students are strictly not allowed to keep mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets. Any student not adhering to the rules will be strictly dealt with and any such items will be confiscated and returned only to parent/ guardian. The school does not accept any responsibility for the safe custody of private property belonging to the pupil.
Pocket Money is issued to student at the Hostel Fee Counter only when he/she produces a Requisition Slip (available at the hostel fee counter) duly signed by Hostel Superintendent on the recommendation of the concerned warden. In case the pocket money account is nil, there is strictly no provision for overdraft under any circumstances. This amount is from the Pocket money account which the parents create for their wards.
