Mr. Ganesh Kohli is a teacher, counselor, entrepreneur, and life-long learner who has founded, nurtured, and led multiple education-focused organizations over the past 25 years. In his professional journey, Mr. Ganesh Kohli has visited 450+ universities across the world, personally guiding 4000+ students in making decisions about their higher education. With the vision of “counseling in every school,” he founded the IC3 Movement, which has reached 90+ countries and has 800+ volunteers across the globe
Sunbeam is honored to welcome Ms. Vanita Uppal, OBE, Director, The British School as a Keynote speaker on 25th January for the IC3 Regional Forum.
An educator for over thirty-seven years, (thirty-one in international education) Ms. Vanita Uppal OBE is the Director of The British School New Delhi. She is the proud recipient of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in recognition of her services to British education in an international context, becoming the only Indian serving principal to receive this honour in recognition of her services to British education in an international context. A recipient of the ‘Woman Achiever of the Year Award’ (2009) she is a trainer in leadership, strategy and pedagogy. Ms Uppal has presented at prestigious international forums such as the Cambridge International Examinations (UK & Sri Lanka), FOBISIA Annual Leadership Conference (Virtual), Global Round Square (Canada, London & Germany), BETT Asia Leadership summit (Kuala Lumpur), IPEN (London), Amity (Dubai) etc. She has published articles in international academic journals. She has worked closely with and mentored schools in Central India on the introduction of the IGCSE and IB programs.
Sunbeam is honored to welcome Lt. Gen. Surendra Kulkarni, Former Director Mayo College Ajmer as a Keynote speaker on 25th January for the IC3 Regional Forum.
Lt Gen Surendra Kulkarni is an accomplished leader who served in the Indian Army for nearly four decades, beginning his distinguished career when he was commissioned into the Armoured Corps in 1975. For his exceptional contributions to the Armed Forces, he was honored with the Param Vishisht Seva Medal, the highest peacetime distinguished service award, by the President of India.
Sunbeam Lahartara is honored to welcome Ms. Nitina Dua, Head - Career Guidance Centre Shiv Nadar School, Noida as a speaker on 25th January for the IC3 Regional Forum.
With over 10 years of experience in education and guidance, Ms. Dua welcomes her students to a non-threatening space to explore their way forward by empowering each learner.
Ms. Dua is a Master in Business Management and a graduate in Arts from Delhi University.
Continuously striving to enhance her domain expertise, she has completed the Global Career Counsellor Certification Course from UCLA and a PGD in Guidance and Counselling by the Institute of Counsellors’ Training and Research Centre, headed by Dr. V. S. Ravindran. She has also designed the Curriculum for Electoral Literacy with the Election Commission of India.
