Our students had a fulfilling day at Badi Asha a school for underprivileged in Aurangabad, where they engaged with the children and also learned baking at the team-run bakery. It was a day of mutual learning and giving, fostering meaningful connections and promising a brighter future for everyone involved!

On the first day of Jaipur Heritage Festival: Learning Through Monuments ,held at City Palace,Jaipur, Class 9th grade Suncity Sunbeams presented their project Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Kardmeshwar temple to 100+ schools and the visitors of Germany, Thailand, America and Spain.
By observing and researching over the monument and finding connects to other disciplines, students showed the pH level and hardness of the Kardmeshwar pond water, centre of mass, centre of gravity, Trigonometry and symmetry concepts that were used in the construction of the temple 1600 years ago.

Sparkling Smiles: A Diwali Delight at the Old Lady Ashram
With the motive to serve the society, the team of Sunbeam Annapurna visited Rajkeeya Vriddhaa Ashakta Grih Mahila as a part of community responsibility. They promoted Diwali as a festival of joy. Where volunteers touched hearts of old ladies with games, laughter, and creativity. Children sought blessings before engaging in spirited Ludo and Carrom matches, sparking memories and forging new connections. A lady from the South played with the same zest as in her youth. Rangoli and lamp-painting sessions showcased shared artistic talents, fostering a sense of togetherness. The sweet distribution of barfi added a delightful touch, symbolizing the sweetness of newfound bonds. As goodbyes were exchanged, the day left a lasting impression, highlighting the transformative power of compassion and the joy found in connecting with others.

Students of Sunbeam Suncity with the help of Mr. Gaurav M., Founder of Kuda Bazar and his team, went on a plastic elimination drive at the other side of the ghats, last week where they collected 125 kgs of plastic which went into recycling the same day. Inspired by the principle of Round Square - 'Environment Stewardship.
A step towards sustainability and an example of 'INSPIRING OTHERS WITH ACTION'.

A Nukkad Natak was presented by the students in front of RV mart, to
create awareness and sensitize the public about the importance of Carpooling in preserving the environment and reducing pollution .Through this presentation, they talked about the importance of carpooling and its benefits to reduce air pollution and carbon footprints . This endeavour by the students was highly appreciated by the common masses who gathered to watch the presentation and also imbibe the message delivered by the students.

CSR activity was conducted by students of classes VI-Vlll at Primary School Ashapur to spread Independence Day Awareness. Drawing Competition was organized for the students of Primary School, out of which the Best three entries were awarded. Children presented Patriotic Songs.
Plantation activity was also done with the help of Primary School students.

Dear Friends, After our first park "Anand Kanan" at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport, Varanasi, the Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions dedicates the new "Amrit Mahotsav Park", Amrit Vatika, at the airport (towards exit road), on the 12th of August to our Kashi the city of Light.
This park is to commemorate the glorious 75 years of India's Independence and to celebrate the 50th Year of Sunbeam Schools and will be maintained by us. Thank you Airport Authority of India and Director Ms Aramya Sanyal and her Team. Without the creativity and assistance of AAI this project would not have been possible. Thanks to the able Artist Abhijeet, his team and all the Staff Members of Sunbeam Schools under guidance of Amrita Ma'am for your hard work and creativity in creating the symbols of Kashi to welcome the visitors and tourists.

Dr. Deepak Madhok and Mrs. Bharti Madhok envisioned Sunbeam Gramin School, as an institution dedicated to uplift the underprivileged section of the society, deprived of the basic right to education. The school has been able to make an impact in the surrounding areas and has encouraged parents to send girls to school.

CSR Activity (VI-VIII)
On the eve of Independence the students of classes VI-VIII got an opportunity to visit Vriddhaa Ashakta Grih Mahila, Old Age Home and distributed the sweet packets, the students conducted a quiz on Freedom struggle for ladies and patriotic song was sung by the ladies and students. It was an enriching experience for the students and they spent some quality time with the elderly ones.

Sunbeam Lahartara organised the much awaited Clean Up Drive : Leave Every Place better, on this World Environment Day, powered by Royal Enfield, Earth Day Network India, supported by INTACH Varanasi and partnered by Radio mirchi.
25 Royal Enfield riders, Students Administrators, Teachers and Staff from Sunbeam Lahartara came down to clean up Tulsi Ghat stretch till Anandmayee Ghat. Simultaneously, a painting competition at Rani Laxmibai Janmasthali was organized to create social awareness and cultural responsibility among people..

Paper bag making activity was done by the students of Sunbeam Annapurna, Classes 4 and 5 where they were taught the importance of reducing the use of plastics by replacing them with recycled or reused newspapers .The students participated in the activity with great zeal and enthusiasm and made a variety of attractive paper bags.

An assembly was conducted celebrating Mother's Day through various activities in a primary school in Ashapur. A song, speech and poem was presented by our students . They also taught the students of primary school to prepare gifts for their mother's.
The prime motive of CSR was very well conducted.

Newly created - ‘Ghats of Banares’ – at Anand Kanan on Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi, was dedicated to the public on 7th November 2015 by Dr. Mahesh Sharma – Minister of State (Independent Charge)- Culture & Tourism and Civil Aviation in the presense of Mr. Deepak Madhok (Chairman – Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions) & Mr. D.S.Gariya (LBS Airport Director)
Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions has developed and will be maintaining the ‘Anand Kanan’ garden at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Varanasi. On December 20 2015, ‘Anand Kanan’ was dedicated to public by Mr. Rakesh Kalra, Regional Executive Director (Northern region) of AAI in presence of Mr. Deepak Madhok, Chairman of Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions, Mrs. Bharti Madhok, Director of Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions and Mr. S.K. Mallick, Director AAI – Lal Bahadurshashtri Airport Varanasi.
The theme of the park is to highlight the rich heritage of Varanasi. The park depicts the oldest city as an education and cultural centre. It would not only be feast for eye for foreign tourists, but will also be an information centre about the history and legacy of the city of Varanasi.
Eminent personalities from different walks of life were present to grace the occasion including family members luminaries mentioned on the commemorative stones. Chief guest Mr. Rakesh Kalra appreciated the contribution being made by Sunbeam Group of Educational Institutions for not only beautifying the Airports Authority of India park at LBS Airport of Varanasi, but also in a way contributing in promoting the city Varanasi for the outsiders.

SAVE GANGA an attempt by SUNBEAMIANS
The enthusiasm and determination of the students, staff and management of Sunbeam Group at the various Ghats of river Ganges in Varanasi, came to the fore as they reiterated their responsibility and commitment towards environment and ecology by showing their concern to save the sacred river from further pollution to ascertain its existence for ages to come. In a unique show of solidarity, the 3000 strong army of Sunbeamians raised slogans and cleaned the ghats. Mr. Deepak Madhok, Chairman and Mrs. Bharti Madhok, Director Sunbeam group initiated the move and the entre team follwed and both were happy to witness the panache of the students and staff of Sunbeam.
