Sunbeam Lahartara believes in holistic education that synergizes the growth of
mind, body and spirit. The regular classes are anything but conventional with technology
being integrated as an essential part of education, making learning interesting,
visually appealing and more retentive. Our students are equipped to grow up to be
thinking, caring and confident young adults with a sense of national identity as
well as global citizenship. The school boasts of a fleet of buses that pick up and
drop the students to various parts of the city. Each bus has a cell phone so that
the driver can be contacted.
Accreditation
Sunbeam Lahartara boasts of the best educational infrastructure in town with
state of art computer, science & math laboratories, multimedia room, auditorium,
teachers' resource center, senior and junior libraries counseling information
center and playground with standardized basketball, volley ball and badminton courts.

Honors
Grand Master – students scoring above 85% in a session are awarded the Grand
Master award. Luminary – Grand Master for 3 continuous years and Super Luminary-
students who are Luminary for consecutive 3 years
Bonus marks (up to 10) are awarded to students excelling in sports and other
co-curricular activities which are added to the grand total. This may also affect
the rank of the students. Running trophies, scholarships and prizes are given for
Inter House/Inter Class competitions and activities.
Apart from these, students are encouraged to give at least one Hobby class/LTA performance
per term.
